1. Rate-Specific Conditions
The cancellation conditions shown during booking form part of your reservation. Different rates may have different cancellation and refund rules.
2. Flexible Rates
Where a flexible cancellation period applies, the booking may be cancelled without charge before the deadline shown in the booking confirmation.
3. Non-Refundable Rates
Non-refundable bookings may be charged in full when the reservation is made and are not normally eligible for a refund.
4. Late Cancellation and No-Show
